Tanci Cuthbertson is a farm kid from Illinois who made it to Texas as soon as she could and never looked back. Now rooted in rural Grayson County, she serves clients throughout Grayson county and surrounding North Texas areas with honesty, steady communication, and a down-to-earth approach.
As an agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Winans, Tanci works with a mix of buyers and sellers, offering straightforward guidance and a genuine desire to minimize surprises making every step feel as simple and stress-free as possible.
Family is everything to her. She’s the proud mom of two boys and the very happy "Granci" of two grandkids. She and her husband, Mike, do almost everything together, from riding their motorcycles along the backroads to taking sunset cruises through the skies in their 1946 Aeronca Champ.
